Who Should I Go To For Help?
Any questions pertaining to the use of the econometrics software should be addressed to the lab TA's. In addition, the TA's are meant to serve as the first line of defense in dealing with student's technical problems. Students should report ALL technical problems to the TA's and they will involve Econ-Systems when necessary. If a TA is unavailable, please contact us directly.
Hours
The Econ-Systems Team is on-site Monday through Friday 9AM through 5PM.
Grad Lab TA's staff the lab year round. Look at the bulletin board outside the grad lab for specific TA hours. The Grad TA's usually can be found seated at Ricardo or Currency.
The Undergrad Lab TA staffs the undergrad lab during the school year. Look at the bulletin board outside the undergrad lab for specific hours. Undergrads seeking assistance durning the summer should see a grad TA for help.
