• Table 1.zip creates Table 1.
• Angrist2002_Table2.sas creates Table 2.
• Angrist2002_Table3.sas creates Table 3.
• Angrist2002_Table4.sas creates Table 4. You must indicate the location of moulton3.sas in a filename statement in the main program in order to implement the Moulton corrections.
• Angrist2002_Table5_6.sas creates Tables 5 and 6. You must use moulton3.sas as noted above.
