You may download an application from our web site, or complete online. Please select the department you are interested in applying to and then fill out the subsequent form. The information you enter will speed up processing of your application and test scores when they arrive at MIT.

If you choose the download option, once you submit the completed form, you will be directed to our download website. This web site contains links to the downloadable graduate application, supplemental forms required by some departments, and the downloading instructions. All forms are in Portable Document Format (PDF). Click here to view the instructions on how to download the MIT Graduate Application and supplemental forms using Acrobat Reader 4.0 or later.

If you are applying to more than one department, please download all of the appropriate supplemental forms. Keep in mind that we require that you submit a completed application for each department.
